I haven't seen the Soto fight but this is the thing I absolutely dread about betting boxing - when a "sure thing" gets botched because of some outside influence and not the actual fight itself. In this instance the ref ****ed you guys over who knew (and wagered) exactly how this fight was gonna go (and ultimately went). Im sorry guys.

Luevanos mouth piece was an issue with me on undercard. 114-113 Santiago on 3rd card if they didnt let that Corralles BS l stand.

No chance of getting refund if fight is overturned draw. Unless you bet it at some real dumbass book.

isn`t it odd that weeks was picking up the mouthpiece and shoving it back into luevano`s mouth or exchanging it and it took about 5 seconds....

while in the castillo/corrales fight it took 45 seconds........

maybe they didn`t have a second mouthpiece for castillo/corrales....doesn`t cut any slack for me...weeks dawdled something fierce in that fight...gave corrales way to much time and, imo, changed the outcome of the fight...

way to be consistent...

weeks should join cortz on the shelf...

never...EVER ...as a ref should a guy be involved to the point that he changes the outcome of a fight.....

i also recall the recent bout between raul marquez and bronco mckart that was originally given to marquez....apparently the scores were "misinterpreted" and the fight was actually a majority draw.....

it was changed after the fact...that was a big help to gamblers...

boxing`s almost become a parody of itself.......

And yet we can't stop patronizing boxing. But when it's good, everyone is all giddy and happy. Just look at some of the past threads; "great week", "congrats everyone", "best week of the year", etc. There is no doubt that all who got jobbed will be back this week and the next betting on boxing. It just be's that way.

while that`s true.......it doesn`t mean we have to roll over and stick our asses in the air...

it`s a good thing to expose the pus oozing postules on boxing`s arse....

They are already in the air, we just would rather not acknowledge it. This will never end in our lifetime. When you enter the cesspool that is professional prizefighting, don't expect to come out not stinking and smelly.

I cannot complain. I been on the good end of alot of horrible beats for other guys in the past.

Cortez is generally damn good ref I think.

Funny the Torres -Holt rematch is saturday. The ref in Colombia sure played rolein 1st fight. I know alot of people betting Miranda overAbraham because of suspected homecooking. So I have to just take the good with the bad and carry on.

You are the KING GW. How you think of this stuff never ceases to amaze. Your superior intellect I would guess! I bet Nate Campbell and the dip-shit sticks his chin out to Peden and gets nailed. No ref involved, just total stupitidy. So what? Nothing new here. If you think is bad, try the real criminals manipulating the stock market!

Nate is a nut job - domestic baggage, the whole nine yards. But he is an amazing talent. Him and Pacquiao would make an intriguing match-up.:scared
