Actually it's come full circle. Scott, as per usual, is indeed correct.;)

How rude are these committee members?

How rude are these committee members?

I have the Bernanke Q&A session. It's amazing to me how condescending these committee members are. They seem like such ****-suckers.

You know if you are on financial committees in our government you are not sitting without blame, you dumb fecker!

They will ask a question and as soon as Bernanke starts to answer they interrupt (very planned out) to make them feel more powerful.

I would have already flipped my lid on someone if I was Bernanke.

They also are trying like hell to catch him in any slip-up. We have a serious problem on our hands, and this kind of bullshit is not the answer to get on the right road.

Where were all the senators when our housing costs were increasing at unsustainable rates? I know where they were. They were taking credit for all of the new found wealth.

I hate me some politicians!

Relax GA....once congress comes back to work in September off of SUMMER BREAK(I guess this country doesnt have enough work to keep them busy for a few months) they will straighten ALL these problems out!!! Work is so grueling for them they need a break!!! BUT YOU GET UP AND GET YOUR A$$ TO WORK, and KEEP TRYING TO PAY YOUR BILLS AS EVERYTHING KEEPS RISING.....I recently went into a grocery store and purchased a large bag of Doritos.....dont you know they were an astronomical price of $3.79, soon enough it will be cheaper to eat organically grown food!!!

Now who would be taking credit for all the new found wealth?

From W's State of the Union Jan. 20th 2004

"Americans took those dollars and put them to work, driving this economy forward. The pace of economic growth in the third quarter of 2003 was the fastest in nearly 20 years; new home construction, the highest in almost 20 years; home ownership rates, the highest ever. Manufacturing activity is increasing. Inflation is low. Interest rates are low. Exports are growing. Productivity is high, and jobs are on the rise. (Applause.)

These numbers confirm that the American people are using their money far better than government would have -- and you were right to return it. "(Applause.)
