My wife is a chocaholic freak LOL I have not had sweets in 26 yrs so I am no help. I would like a drink that is easy to make and tastes great that has chocolate in it. Any ideas? Don't give me something that will knock her on her azz as she doesn't drink very often. She does drink Vodka if that helps. THX guys

Chocolate martini
This martini is a mix of vodka and creme de cacao. Another version of the chocolate martini is a Godiva chocolate martini which substitutes the creme de coca with Godiva chocolate liqueur. A third version is a white chocolate martini which uses white creme de cacao. Neither olive nor lemon are complementary flavors, but the drink is sometimes garnished with a small chocolate, such as a Hershey's Kiss.

halk Frangeligo and half creme de cacao,

I have also heard some people mix it with 4 oz of milk to make it a full drink.

smurphy has you covered.

heres the lowdown
buy two bottles of liquor at the store.

Godiva Choc. Liquor
Absolute Vanilla *or any other comparable* Vodka

Two to three parts Vodka, one part godiva, one part cream (half and half works) Shaken, martini style, ice cold goes down faster.

3 of these and Ive never not closed the deal.

More vodka = better for you.

Bailey's Irish Cream - it's like drinking chocolate milk!

Chocohol
Chocohol was first discovered in a hotel at Cedar Point as a last ditch effort to drink all the leftover alcohol before hitting the coasters. Hitting the coasters after drinking Chocohol is not recommended.

2 1/2 oz Bailey's? Irish cream
2 1/2 oz chocolate milk

Pour equal parts of Bailey's irish cream and chocolate milk over ice cubes in a highball glass, or pre-chill first and leave the ice, and serve.

I have bought a couple of bottles of a chocolate-fused port wine in Napa from the Jessop Wineries, and it is FANTASTIC!!!!! Great syrup that pours over cheesecake, ice cream or even out of the bottle! It is 12 proof (6%) alcohol I believe and I recommend it to all.
