He just told our Richard Durrett of the Dallas Morning News that he felt some soreness while taking some swings, but that he could play through the pain associated with a fractured right ring finger. Well, he's done it before. He played through a fracture at the tip of a finger on his left hand earlier this year. In 2001, he played the last five weeks of the season with a fractured right finger (I believe it was his ring finger, also).
