Tribe +200 for 2* - Byrd has gone 3-0 with a 0.90 ERA his last 3 starts. Tribe area also playing much better baseball recently and Halladay still has 8 losses this year so he's beatable. Line should probably be Toronto -170 so I like the value.
Cardinals +175 for 3* - Another play screaming value. Wellenmeyer has an almost identical WHIP to Zambrano and St. Louis needs this game far worse than Chicago. Cardinals should have won yesterday and pulll the upset shocker today.
Yankees +150 for 2* - Played this early as Pinstripes just faced Lackey last Sunday and should be ready to face him again. Don't see much value laying -160 or more for Lackey as he's been getting knocked around lately.
KC +115 for 3* - Homer play!
Boston -130 for 2.5* - Dice K is very irratic, but I'll take a shot at this price vs. Contreras... he's been terrible most of the year.
A's +175 for 2* - Tough to back these losers, but they just broke a long losing streak and should come ready to play and be loose tonight.
Houston +120 for 2* - Cincy has really given up and it's showing on a daily basis. Disastros are actually playing good baseball right now.
Atlanta +155 for 2* - I know Zona should probably win, but the Braves are playing well right now and I'll take a shot at this inflated price due to Haren being on the mound.
Pitt +195 for 2* - Since when did Myers become such heavy chalk? I can't remember the last time a 4-9 5.34 ERA pitcher laid this kind of wood?
Nationals +225 for 2* - Redding is 8-6 on the worst team in baseball and Sheets has been 0-2 with a 4.91 ERA his last 3 starts. I'll take a shot with the big doggie.
Fish +110 for 2* - Florida needs this game and Stokes is making his first start... his minor league numbers were nothing special.
Padres +165 for 2* - Tough backing San Diego as they really suck. However, this line seem inflated as well... not sure why Colorado keeps laying huge prices considering they were just swept in a doubleheader by Washington on Thursday.
Giants +135 for 2* - Nice value play as Kuroda is nothing special.
Seattle +135 for 2* - Another home dog facing an average SP in Garza. Seattle steals another win from the D-Rays.
Texas +105 for 2* - I wanted to play every game and this was my last pick. Rangers have the better bats and a slight advantage in the SP.
