Personally i'd do the opposite. Those huge tournaments have a ton of dead money who satellited in thru small buying/ Full tilt point tournaments. I'd play very tight but try to see alot of flops in position.

I employ this strategy whenever I play the sunday million and it works pretty well, the fish will pay you off if you have any sort of hand, just pay attention to whose a calling station. Be sure the be very abusive around the money if you can, so many people just want to make the money and will be folding almost anything in fear of getting busted.
