I've actually heard from alot of people that Tennessee's stadium really isnt that loud. I guess I'll find out this year!

IMO, the LSU homefield advantage is overblown, although the atmosphere at night is awsome.

My perception on these:
LSU not so much. Maybe b/c everyone is drunk.
tenn not so much. Not so loud.
Mich. Sit-on-hands crowd.

Penn St, Fla, A&M are strong HFA, imho.

Michigan... LOL! I have attended games @ Michigan and it's a church going crowd... not the least bit loud

I agree with moving Texas A&M way up the list.... excellent fans even when their team sucks like these days.

Oregon would have to get some love from me as well.... intense fans.

You may not be impressed by the loudness, especially if Tennessee is playing poorly, but you will be impressed by the sheer number of folks in Orange!!! Enjoy your trip. The only place I've watched a game that I liked better was in the Grove at Ole Miss.
