These cops used horrible judgement in this incident which led to unfortunate consequences. Had they simply drug poor Pablo out of range of the dash cam, it would have been a perfect bust.

not me; I think it's a crying shame they did it because now he'll get off, and people will have sympathy for him even though he's a rotten pill-head thief. That's what I tried to convey in my post. :shrug:
