A Few thoughts for Tuesday...

hi guys...

just a few things I noticed looking at my results sheet....

-Phillies have covered r/line 4 straight gms (vs LAD)...
Moyer (crafty lefthander <--- love that term! vs Pedro)

-Cubs have covered r/line 3 straight...
Zambrano vs. Snell today...

Ive noticed this season that its unusual for tms to cover r/l more than 2 gms in a row...
I may take both streaks to end today... :0corn :0corn

*I will also start chase w/ Dodgers to get the win vs Wash Nats...
*I will take Angels on R/L...

I think Zambrano has had 4 straight (maybe 5) not soo good outings. Ignore the 1 run given up in his last vs Cinci. He had runners on all day. Got out of a lot of bad situations thanks to Cinci themselves. Nothing he did. Dude is a complete headcase and was still swearing at himself on the mound late in that one.

They will get bounced in the first round since they most likely will face Webb, Haren, Johnson and doubtfully necessary Webb and Haren again. They got no shot. Cub Mania dies another death again.

Local talking sports heads don't know what went on. Nobody knew he was going to play. Don't think they knew he was activated to play. Thing is, Ozzie has been playing Uribe all season as if Juan has dirty pictures of him or something, even back when Crede was playing. Maybe they knew something was going on in their starting third basemen's personal life. At the end of the day, I HIGHLY doubt he's gonna be resigned to a possibly multi year deal at 12-15 mil a season by Reinsdorf. That was unlikely before the seaon started.

Now Ozzie, there's a cat that might have some personal experience with the female fans of baseball. Guy was hitting (hard) on my gf's daughter a few years back at a game. Also, I think he spent the entire season last year scoping out the stands behind the dugout. This while at least one if not two of his sons actively work in the organization or with the team in a media format. (all perfectly normal activities in the male dominated Spanish world)

I of course have no pictures, but have just heard too much and seen a couple questionable habits.
