I am making a spreadsheet and I am trying to type 1 - 1 and when I do it automatically changes it to 1-jan I'm guessing there is a setting I need to change, but I can't figure it out... :shrug:

right click on one of the cells and goto format cells, then to date and select the format you wish it to appear....hope that helps
