I see they have started their delay in putting totals up already-usually they wait a few weeks--last week they were up by now.

Yea I have looked at them before--they still only have about 60-70% of totals up and they put them partly up on Monday and finish off on Tues except today still not all up.

OK
With new time clock rules the average game has 135 plays the first 2 weeks vs last years average of 144, a decrease of about 9 plays a game.

This difference could increase as we get into league play.

Hope that info helps someone!

kramer...

bookmaker went from 59.5 to 58 on the total for boise/bg...

holy chit batman, I guess I totally misread this
game, but maybe not. These two teams SHOULD
lite up the SB, 58 points is laughable.

I'm beginning to think that there may be some merit to playing more first half totals when playing the "over" in a given contest. A team is now really able to milk the clock late in the game while nursing a lead.

Hawkeye,

Not a total question but I saw in another thread where you thought that Iowa couldnt cover the 13.5 agains ISU. Have any insight you care to share?

I have a feeling Iowa rolls this one up big.

Thanks

TP--Being an Iowa fan I hate this game. Iowa used to kill them every year. Now the last 3 years they play terrible against them. Its at Iowa--but I have watched both games and Iowa has played no one. This should be the year but if I had to bet it would play Iowa--but in this rvialry with that point spread I'll just watch--better games out there to bet on.
