Harden hasn't pitched since last month due to "tired arm", whatever that is. Cubs will take their 2nd "giftwrapped" win in ten games last night. One errant throw gets them enough unearned to barely pull it out. Wellllllemeyer has done well vs his old team all season. Even at times when they were playing better than they are now. Lilly smokes the monster Molina at the plate last night and knocks him out of playing for the time being. This is the Birds World Series and they now have enough motivation to possibly score a few off the unhittable Harden.

Birds +$134
Birds -1? +250

Fillies-$102
Fillies -1? +190

Seems many doing A LOT of assuming on Seattle later. I don't think LAA mgr is the type to just lay down.

Redbirds get a lead off double in the ninth. Next batter bunts towards 1st to advance the runner to third. Runner, Ryan, is safe at third but overslides the bag and is then tagged out. :sadwave: Would have been 1st and 3rd, no outs.

Cubs are getting big time breaks from these lame ass NL opponents they are playing and in the post season race against.

I can wait.
