Only 2 on Pitt.

I was shocked considering I am one of the two, thought it would be more of a popular play. Lot of people avoid Monday Night games but still, only 2 was suprising. Hopefully I get through and one of the consensus picks goes down (Dallas please! :mj07: )

Sexlexia...
Is Pits really that surprisig a non-option?

Hampton/Parker out...Big Ben iffy...against a D that hasn't allowed 10+ yet...

Brave! :SIB

Ended up with the Jags.

Good luck Blackman, I made it a habit to stay away from prime-time games, players usually got jacked up and the coaches know the earlier results on Sundays so they will tailor their game plans and there are just too many variables

Rashard Mendenhall is probably not helping his cause here

I am leaning towards the Chargers and the Bills for my remaining 2 pools.

Call it a leap of faith, not thrilled with this pick but I don't see a lot of options to use Pitt down the road. Would rather keep some of the safer teams in my back pocket.

Our picks were due again at 1pm today, here is the breakdown of the 143 remaining:

Buffalo 12
Carolina 13
Cincy 4
Dallas 25
Denver 45
Jax 18
New Orleans 3
NY Jets 1
Pittsburgh 2
San Diego 20

49 more bite the dust....

roethisberger`s fine...

the ravens played the browns and bengals at home ...nuff said......

mr c.....fact is,ravens haven`t played a team with a pulse yet...

and they`re missing their best d-lineman(gregg),2 starters in the defensive backfield...their left tackle is questionable....and this is flacco`s first road start.....on a monday night in pittsburgh(13-0 situation for pitt).....

i thought you were a facts and figures wonk?.

Got lucky again with Jax.

Early leads by STL and OAK got me excited. Would've reduced the field to about 15 entries. DEN and DAL losing definitely helped though.

Still alive in my last pool with only 15 left (started with about 100)

Now is the time to plot some strategies. Dallas next week looks like the best choice but there may be some other plays that warrant attention: Carolina and Green Bay.

we started with 995... we are down to 206

Thought we were going to lose another 100 with Buff and SD, but I digress

I started with 6 picks and have had 2 the last two weeks.. I kept them both this week :00hour

Pick 1
W1 - Philly
W2 - Arizona
W3 - Giants
W4 - Carolina

Pick 2
w1 - NE
w2 - TB
w3 - Buff
w4 - Jax

Looks like the top 3 teams will be NYG, Dallas, Carolina

If I had to pick now, I would go dallas with P1 and Carolina with P2
