I see it as a vote against "The Decider". Had his way for a long time and country has paid a price for his decisions. Plus, I think congressmen are fearful of being voted out if they vote against against the will of the people.

I hope it's a no vote. The market tanked today even though the senate voted yes. Vote NO!
