Pretty much a true statement--Tough to find an honest politician anywhere-- I tend to lean on the premise if you have money you have less insentive to steal-to some defgree however.

Not all of modest means are for handouts--nor are do they have anything in common as far as culture/lifestyles.

Example:Amish culture have little money and little need for it yet they live life to the fullest without cell phones-computers and other luxuries --and to have someone commit crime on be on welfare and being clueless to who childrens father is-
