AC/DC's next studio album will be exclusively sold at Wal-Mart stores in the United States, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

How does something like that happen? Disgusting.:nono:

Sorry but

Sorry but

Your quite irrational....Are you unpatriotic not buying at WAL MART ? Do you not want to support our depleted economy. Music companies are DEAD.....DEAD read it again the labels are DEAD. Why wouldnt a band take guaranteed distrubution of the CD they just created ? Maybe you should work for free..Go into work tomorrow and say hey boss I decided I am going to give you 2 free weeks of work for the 2 you pay me. That is the same thing labels do...They pay a guarantee for the delivery of the CD and the band gets paid based on SALES. So here they are guaranteed to sell X amount based on shipments....:sadwave:

Don't you think Wal-Mart is being unpatriotic by NOT ALLOWING that product to be sold at other outlets. Why doesn't that violate anti-trust laws? Why do they have to put that stipulation in the contract? Greed and monopoly are the only reasons.

I've done work getting my product into Wal-Mart in the past. They are miserable the way treat vendors. They do everything they can do get you bent down kissing their boots. ...and then they still try and find a way to screw you once you are "in".

Oddly, Sam's Club is an entirely different experience. Same ownership, but different management and generally a pleasure to work with.

AC/DC-Spellbound

I can't do nothing right
I never sleep at night
Can't even start a fight
Oooh my feet have left the ground
Spinnin' round and round
Spellbound
My world keeps a tumblin' down
