ORCHARD PARK, NEW YORK (TICKER) ?Sunday?s game between the Buffalo Bills and San Diego Chargers is being delayed due to power issues at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
About 30 minutes before the 1 p.m. EDT kickoff, three helium balloons became entangled in power lines across the street from the stadium.
Power was restored in 15 minutes and the game started as scheduled. But after the Chargers? first possession, the game was brought to a halt due to continued problems with the power at the facility.
