guy strikes out on a pitch well outside. they show it on the traker. neither announcer says anything. and i'll bet you anything the pitch drew struck out on last inning wasnt a strike either.

two huge outs for boston, both on called strikes that were in fact outside.

i'm not bitching. glad to see TB win, had money on the under. just think it's funny that they have this technology, and it shows on a huge out that the pitch called a strike was far outside, and they don't say a word!

Pitch that struck out Drew wasn't a called strike 3. It was a check swing that he didn't check, are ppl watching the same game I am ? :confused:

i agree that if they are going to show the tracker on tv and let the entire world know whether or not the ump was right/wrong in calling balls and strikes, they should use it or quit showing it and proving the amount in human error

I heard it said somewhere and I agree with this.
The tracker shows where the ball finishes in the catchers mit. so we all know that MLB pitchers are pounding inside and outside with movement. so the trackers flaw is that it does not show where the ball breaks the plane of the strike zone, it only shows where the ball finishes.
