Saints are a mess - since week 1 their only 2 wins have been against SF and Oakland, both at home - SD hasn't been much better this year, but if one of these 2 teams has a chance to turn their season around and make the playoffs it is the Chargers, not the Saints
A week of distractions for both teams as traveling across the pond is obviously heavy in logistics, and Saints got an extra dose of it w/ the Deuce, C Grant and W Smith situation
Looking for Sproles to play a slightly bigger role and for Rivers to take advantage of the porous Saints D - not a huge Rivers fan but I've seen worse QB's have record days vs the Black and Gold - this play seems a little bit too obvious and therefore not the kind that I generally like to make, but SD is going to have to play a really bad game to lose today imo - and at 3-4 with a bye next week a flat performance seems unlikely
