Ohio but not a Buckeye
Yesterday was a good day, went 2-1 and only Buffalo stood in my way of a huge payday. Go figure, 6-0-2 team at home against an inconsistent team with their backup goalie. Although Ottowa scored 5 goals, only 2 goals can you REALLY falt Lalime for giving up. So that made it even more frustrating, OH WELL!! I will probably have some non-posted plays as I can't avoid the action, but if anything changes, I'll be sure to post them! Now for tonights action...

Tonights lineup is brutally tough IMO. Not alot of juice to chose from. I would've liked the Caps tonight with Ovechkin in the lineup and at -130, but that's why they're a -130 and not a -165 or more. I'm just passing on that game all together. The Habs are one of my favorite teams to watch, but -195 against a good gritty road team in Carolina who has killed me 2x this year, both on the road. I simply cannot pull the trigger on that one for that reason being. However, there are 2 plays that I love.

33-21 YTD RECORD
2-1 Yesterday

Hockey - 12 Vancouver Canucks -155 for Game:nono:
->The Canucks are my only puck line play for tonight for single plays. We have Luongo at home against Fernandez of Boston(who's also killed me 2x on the road). However, having watched Boston lately, they seem tired, and they really don't play strong for 3 periods. They're coming off a hard nose tough battle last night and I like the Canucks to run away with this one.

Hockey - 13 Pittsburgh Penguins/San Jose Sharks over 5? +120 for Game :nono:
->I'd go with the Sharks, but -190 seems jacked up for a team, although home, going against a very good Pittsburgh team who's putting in a solid backup goalie(which is why the line is high, backup). But Nabakov has been anything but lights out. With Pittsbrugh able to hang with SJ scoring wise, I just dont think the price is worth it at -190, if anything, Pittsburgh +160 is a helluva price. Not sure Pittsburgh will be that big of a dog often this year. This is 2 high powered scoring teams. Pittsburgh is playing a backup, and he's a backup for a reason. Although he's been solid, I can't just assume that and go with it. Nabokov like I said has been prone to giving up goals, and Pittsburgh's offensive attack is as good as anyones. I can't believe this is +120, and it's just screaming for me to take it. I like lots of scoring tonight in this one boys!

Here are two small plays that I like as well...

Hockey - 9 Colorado Avalanche/Calgary Flames over 5? -130 for Game
->A few trends to consider:
Colorado is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games
The total has gone OVER in 5 of Colorado's last 6 games on the road
The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Colorado's last 5 games when playing on the road against Calgary
The total has gone OVER in 9 of Colorado's last 12 games
The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Calgary's last 5 games when playing at home against Colorado
The total has gone UNDER in 6 of Calgary's last 8 games when playing Colorado
Calgary is 9-4 SU in its last 13 games when playing at home against Colorado
Calgary is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games when playing Colorado

Hockey - 7 Tampa Bay Lightning/Toronto Maple Leafs under 5? -125 for Game:00hour
->A few trends to consider:
The total has gone UNDER in 7 of Tampa Bay's last 9 games
The total has gone OVER in 8 of Tampa Bay's last 11 games when playing on the road against Toronto
The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Tampa Bay's last 6 games when playing Toronto
Tampa Bay is 2-7 SU in its last 9 games when playing Toronto
Toronto is 5-0 SU in its last 5 games when playing at home against Tampa Bay
The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Toronto's last 5 games
Toronto is 7-2 SU in its last 9 games when playing Tampa Bay
The total has gone OVER in 8 of Toronto's last 11 games when playing at home against Tampa Bay

Parlay Plays...(As always, doesn't count towards record, W OR L)

Hockey - 7 Tampa Bay Lightning/Toronto Maple Leafs under 5? -125 for Game
Hockey - 9 Colorado Avalanche/Calgary Flames over 5? -130 for Game
Hockey - 12 Vancouver Canucks -155 for Game
Hockey - 13 Pittsburgh Penguins/San Jose Sharks over 5? +120 for Game
Hockey - 14 San Jose Sharks -190 for Game

had this posted, but in the wrong thread!!

2 very late additions....

Hockey - 3 Philadelphia Flyers -125 for Game :00hour
Hockey - 2 Washington Capitals -120 for Game :00hour

Like the Flyers the most, and for a decent size.

Flyers have it closed out, but Caps need to pull it off in OT or Shootout as they gave up a late goal with 6minutes to go!! errr!

Another late play. I think Boston is tired, but they have capable goalies to keep this score close.

Hockey - 11 Boston Bruins/Vancouver Canucks under 5? -123 for Game

Canucks win 2-1, 3-1
