The NBA season has come upon us. Last year the NBA was very profitable for me, and a couple of close followers who followed me during hoops season. I'm a big time half's better, and I like betting totals ALOT. I'm not a big fan of any team in the NBA so it's easier for me just rooting for both teams, or rooting against both teams!
:00hour :mj07:
Tonight is 3 very interesting games.
Game 1 will showcase the Cavs going to the defending champions home court. The Celtics and Cavs last year had grinding tough games. However, this year, the Cavs have a motivated LeBron coming off the Olympics. It'll be interesting to see if the Celtics are as motivated now that the big 3 got their long awaited championship. Boston isn't going to be as strong defensively without Posey, and Cleveland is looking to be better offensively with the addition of Mo Williams. I like scoring in this game.
Game 2 is a battle of 2 teams who are looking to establish an idenity. Milwaukee shipped out Yi and has brought in Jefferson. Chicago has brought in Derrick Rose and hopes he's the answer to their problems. I don't have much interest in either 2 team accept I do anticipate a decent amount of scoring. However, the Bulls are no light up the scoring column team, and the Bucks aren't a Golden State type of team either. A line of 195.5 is rather high. Will think this one over!
Game 3, on TNT is Portland @ Lakers. The Lakers are coming off a suprising season and made it to the title game only to fail against the Celtics. Tonight they get Bynum back for the regular season and Bynum gets to play with Gasol. I think this makes the Lakers a much much more dangerous, powerful, and tougher team. I honestly think it's the Lakers title to lose this year. I hate to say it because I don't like the Lakers at all, but it is what it is. Portland gets their big center in 39, or is it 19, 20, 21? Year old Greg Oden for the first time and it'll be interesting to see how they play with him. In no way do I see the Lakers losing at home. This game will be a helluva game to watch, and I'll be watching every minute of it!
I will get my plays posted, and let the games begin! HOO RAH!
