You should really re-think this play of 2 dimes.

Rays just faced the best the league had to offer...

Lester was better than Hamels all year.
Dice K was better than Myers...
Beckett was better than oops Blanton or Moyer.

Papelbon was superior to Lidge.

Sorry the Trophy goes through the TROP.

P.S. To even compare the hitting would be pointless.

Jon Lester

16-6, 3.21 ERA, 152 K, 66 Walks, 1.27 WHIP, 210.1 IP

Cole Hamels

14-10, 3.09 ERA, 196 K, 53 Walks, 1.08 WHIP, 227,1 IP.

I should know both of these pitchers, I had them on my fantasy team. Even though his W-L record does not show it, Hamels was the better pitcher, as Phil didn't score many runs for him. Your only argument is that he didn't pitch in the AL East.

Anyways, Phils aren't gonna rollover, this should be a good series.

Ill add my .02

Before the series started, had to think that the overall starting pitching matchups favor the Rays in every game Hamels doesnt start.

Never would have laid -145 before the series started but after game 1, the timing is right along with the number.

TB +145 for the series.

If you played the Phills already, its a cinch to lock up profits and play the plus money the other way.
