The Steelers +3 over the Redskins got me back on track after a 0-2-1 weekend.

Overall 2008 Recap:

Record:

15-11-4

Breakdown:

Teasers:
9-7-3

Sides:
6-4-1

Big 3 unit plays:
1-1

Medium 2 unit plays:
6-3

Small 1 unit plays:
4-5-1

Very Small 1/2 unit plays:
4-1-1

Total = +3.95 units @ $3000 a unit = +$11,850

Leans:
9-3-1

One Small One Unit Play for tonight:

Cleveland Browns -3
Over Broncos
The Broncos are starting to fade as I pointed out weeks ago?their defense can?t stop the run and has struggled versus the pass?plus they will be missing CB Champ Bailey and S Marlon McCree tonight?on the flip side?their offense has struggled the past several weeks because they can?t run the football and have a rash of injuries as well?TE Tony Scheffler will likely miss tonight?s game along with HB?s Pittman and Young making rookie HB Ryan Torian the starter tonight?injuries and the lack of a running game have hurt QB Jay Cutler?s production?Brady Quinn gets the start for the Browns but I expect a healthy diet of Jamal Lewis pounding the rock against a porous Broncos defense which will keep the pressure off of Quinn to make plays?I expect the Dog pound will be rocking tonight giving the Browns a huge home field advantage and extra incentive to start the Brady Quinn era off on the right foot?the Browns are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 home games?6-1 ATS in their last 7 off a ATS loss?9-2 ATS after a SU loss and 9-0 ATS in the last 9 games that they gave up 30 or more in the previous game?the Broncos are just 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 AFC tilts, 7-20-1 ATS in the last 28 on grass, 7-24-1 ATS in their last 32 games and just 2-6 ATS in their last 8 November tilts.
Cleveland 26 Denver 20

Loss...If only they had played the fourth quarter.

Medium Size 2 Unit Play:

New England Patriots -3
*(bought the ? point)*
Over Buffalo
Both teams are banged up but in my opinion the Bills injuries will hurt their team more?on the offensive side of the ball WR Josh Reed is still OUT which has hurt the production of QB Trent Edwards since rookie James Hardy has been a non-factor up to this point?their O-Line is also banged up which is hurting their pass-protection and running game?OG Brad Butler will likely miss the game along with backup OG Jason Whittle?on the defensive side of the ball DE Aaron Schobel is OUT which has really hurt the Bills ability to rush the passer?LB Kawicka Mitchell turned an ankle in practice this week and might be a game time decision this week?Mitchell?s injury will certainly hurt the Bills chances on Sunday since their defense has struggled to stop both the run and the pass with him in the lineup?as for the Bills secondary injuries to S Donte Whitner (their best DB) and CB Ashton Youboty forces the Bills to use a pair of rookie CB?s (Leodis McKelvin and Reggie Corner) in nickel and dime situations?the Pats offense should have a field day exploiting the Bills defense on Sunday?the Patriots are just 1-8 ATS in their last 9 home games?but?the favorite is a solid 9-2 ATS in these teams last 11 meetings.
New England 27 Buffalo 20

Thanks Guys!

My 2 unit play on the Patriots came through :00hour and I've got a third of my small teaser won with the second two parts pending.

And the Ravens won easily for another winning lean!

Added:

A Very Small 1/2 Unit Play on:

Philadelphia Eagles -3 (-120)

Looking for the Middle!

I played the Eagles -3 since I won the first 2/3's of my teaser and have the Giants +13 pending... I've got a nice 9 point middle with Philly -3 and the Giants +13 being a puch with 11 points to actually play with.

Loss...I took a chance at hitting the middle...but I only put a 1/2 unit on it since the G-Men +13 was a virtual lock.

Another profitable week adding 1.3 units to my earnings :00hour...and had a chance at a 9 point middle in the Eagles/Giants game last night.

I'm looking over the Monday Night game to see if it's worth the venture.

I had a nice week but I'm playing this super small tonight because I like the play, but don't want to give back all the earnings.

Super Small 1/2 Unit Play:

2 game 6.5 point teaser
Arizona Cardinals -3
Over 49?ers
&
Over 40
The Niners are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 road games, 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games versus the NFC West and clearly outmatched in this one?the Cardinals are Hot!...they?ve been an impressive 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games home games, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 versus the NFC?All in All?the Niners defense won?t be able to match up with the Cardinals high flying passing attack as the Cardinals should win this one by double-digits in a rather high scoring affair?. The OVER is 5-0 in the Cards last 5 Home games and 4-0 in the last 4 meetings between these two teams in Arizona.
Arizona 34 San Francisco 20

WINNER!!!

Remind me not ever bet on the Cleveland Browns again or in a game involving the Denver Broncos

Time to get that cash back on Arizona tonight big :toast:

Another profitable week as my 2 game teaser of the Cards and Over Cashes!

Last night was a prime example of why I love the teaser play....many good cappers were on the Cardinals laying a large 9.5 which I felt could cover...but with the Over 40 a virtual given (in a teaser play) I felt the teaser was the safer way of cashing a winning ticket.
