YTD 2-2 [-0.20]
SPURS/CLIPPERS over 176 (-110) Something doesn't add up to me here.....Most stats are pointing to a defensive, low scoring affair at Staples tonight: Spurs have held Clippers to 83.0 PPG in L2Y; Clippers have shot under 40% in 5 of 9 games this year; Clippers 29th in FG% to start the season; Spurs averaging only 83.4 PPG without the combo of Ginobli and Parker......However, bookies and bettors seem to be respecting LA in this situation....Given the fact that the Clippers are ranked 27th in defense, giving up 103.8 PPG (having allowed over 100 in 6 different games), I don't see a little more intensity (which Dunleavy is apparently looking for) fixing some of their fundamental defensive problems overnight......As I see it, the total is being bet like the Spurs are going to control this game, while the side is being bet like the Clippers are better tonight....Something's gotta give, and I like the 5 game "under" streak the Spurs have going to end tonight.....
Good Luck.
