Like the Bulls tonite in this old rivalry.Both teams are next door to each other.Both teams return almost everyone with Bulls winning at home lyr 68-59.Fedotov had a season high 17 pts.Bulls are more athletic and quicker then the Griffs.Gamble and Pierce are solid gds.Robinson is tough,Betts is tough. There all gds..Lyr Witherspoon could put 5 gds out on the floor.They can score.They led the MAC in scoring.Fedotov was hurt the 2nd half so he's back.Boudrea did a nice job replacing him..Bulls have a lot of talent..
Griffs also return there starting 5.My favorite player in the MAAC is 5'10 pt gd Turner.This guy is so fast,with windshield wiper moves that never slows down.If he was only on a good team he would be noticed.Gadley is there post player with lyons at the fs.Gold and Bevac are average gds but with a year under there belt they have improved.Thomas-vasquez-Simmons is a 6'7 shot blocker..fans on the sidelines have been hit with his blocks...even though the Griffs were 2-16 in the MAAC and 6-25 overall they will be better...but tonight is a tough matchup even though there playing at home..Turner will keep it close but Bulls have to much firepower and speed.It's MAC vs MAAC tonite.
Watched Bonnies beat Marist on TV last nite.Wow..Marist looked so bad...with new coach and that dribble-penetrate offense that looked like a HS team. No screens allowed...Foxes couldn't get anyone open..even the out of bounds was a disaster...Bonnies are not good..maybe if your memphis you can run that offense but not in Poughkeepsie...
North Texas hung on to cover over Ok St. My boys...they shot 24-72,FG% 33%, and went to the FT line and shot 35-50. OK St had 50 fouls...Dennis shot 1-4 from the 3 and 2-11 from the field..and NT got a total of 9 assits..And I said they were selfish..
