Great to be Back in the 21st Century!

We had a huge Ice Storm here Thursday Night and I lost power, internet, cable & phone. We got power back Sunday night, but didn't get internet, cable & phone back until today!

There is still a lot of people in the state without power and some might not get it back until after Christmas... :scared

We were lucky and didn't lose power till Fri nite and only out for a short time. People down the road didn't get theirs back untill 1am Mon. Still have shelters open 10 miles away.

6-10 inches of snow coming in tonite! :scared

One day of quiet then another storm!! I'm had enough already!!

Right now they're talking about 3 storms with snow in the next 5 days!!

Talked to my wife's family in Vermont and their power was out for just a short time--they were very lucky from all the news reports and your post here, Blitz.
Bunch of ice heading for this area tomorrow into Friday AM--right now this area is on the line of snow to our north and ice to our south--don't wish an ice storm on anyone, but I hope the ice misses us....

I've got one and was lucky that I didn't have to use it. Bought one to run the whole house.

More snow coming in Friday and right now there talking about a foot or more! :scared Then more ice and snow on Sunday!!
