As well as the Falcons have played this year, I think this is just asking too much to pull out a win away from home fighting for the playoffs.

The Vikings #1 Rusher has to be taken into account. Even though Turner showed what he can do in a challenge ( San Diego ) vs Tomlinson.

I do not think he will be able to sustain that performance against this defense.

T Jackson is always a worry with his eratic play. But if he hands it off to AP and keeps the turnovers down, the Vikings should walk away with a victory here.

Matt Ryan has been such a surprise this year and looks to have the Falcons in the playoffs for many years to come. I dont think it will be this year.

Allen with a torn MCL is worth 3 of the Falcons Jamal Andersons.

Allen is tough. He sat out practise Friday. Hope he plays with his brace and gets some face time with Matty Ice.

AP also slowed with a ankle injury, but teams seem to always do this to affect the other teams game plan.

this isnt 1999 for the Falcons to go into Vikings home field and come away with a win.

Like this play Scott, and my Eagles need an Atlanta loss, so I'm all for it with my heart and my wallet.

Good luck.

I'm usually on the same side with you Scott. Tomorrow's different. That dipshit coach for the Vikings just has no clue to what the game is about and with the head gone the body will soon follow.

I have the hook with the boys from your part of the country and though on oposite sides I'll be the first back in here to congratulate you if you pull it out :mj06:

I know trolln , we usually cover the same sides.

Could be a close game, Falcons dont play as well away. Minn fans may affect some calls and hearing of counts. They want playoffs bad.

I think Turner will get stopped by this bunch even with Williams hurt and out.

I am on vacation this week , I will not really have internet access next week except to read stuff with my wifes lap top. Hope the wi fi works . Never used it before.

Waiting for the NFL Playoffs. Love this time of year

Falcons have the 22 run defense in the NFL

they are facing AP who is first in the league.

Alot tougher game for Turner to get his yards.

AP should run through the Falcons defense like butter.

Pat Williams being out is huge..

..................................................

no it ain't

Vikings are going to plug that hole with someone very large. This person is going to clog up the middle. Once that happens , the outside guys slam burner turner like a tomato.

ouch that one is going to leave a mark

Pat Williams being out is huge..

The Falcons put cornerback David Irons and wide receiver Laurent Robinson on injured reserve Tuesday, ending their seasons.

Irons, a key player on special teams, suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament Sunday against Tampa Bay. Robinson has been battling a hamstring injury.

Falcons' playoff hopes hang on win vs. Vikings

The Falcons elevated safety Eric Brock from the practice squad and signed free-agent tight end Marcus Pollard to the 53-man roster. The Falcons also signed cornerback Darius Vinnett and offensive lineman Michael Butterworth to the practice squad.:scared :mj07:

Irons, a former Dacula High standout who played at Auburn, made the team last season after being drafted in the sixth round (194th overall). Last season, he lead the team with 13 tackles on special teams and had one fumble recovery. He played in five games this season and was inactive for nine games.

Robinson, a third-round pick in 2007, sprained his knee against Kansas City early this season and missed four games. He was active for the next three games before missing the past four games with the hamstring injury.

?His hamstring has not been getting a whole lot better,? Falcons coach Mike Smith said Monday. ?He had a setback in practice last week.?

Robinson has five catches for 52 yards this season.
..........................................................

this is much more important. Irons was key for the Falcons. Maybe the best special teams player.

Vikings could go all the way. !

Are you against the vikes because of your heart? I think the Vikes win, but I could see them losing.. The truth is the Vikings defense does not give up long drives and they have been hard to penetrate in the Dome. Allen will be fine and the Vikes will use 325 pounder in Fred Evans to plug the hole vacated by BIG PAT.. Peterson should be able to get the ground game open.. Only way the Vikes lose is if T - Jack implodes.. Vikes 27 Falcs 13
