After the snow...Saturday's plays

So tired of snow..digging out last night...4 kids flying in from 4 different airports today and tomorrow..and my wife wants to move to austin.As I was digging out shoveling to get to my cars last nite, she yells out" it's 75 degrees in Austin today hon". I yell back "and in august when its 110 degrees it will be 75 here..hon". Sounded good at the time but then I'm back shoveling and freezing right after that.she might have a point.
Have been capping the saturday games the past 3 days.Waiting for the lines this am..
Have been doing pretty good so far this season. I never post my records.I'll do it sometimes esp when I lose a few in one day.It's to hard to keep track and I do this for fun .If people were paying for picks I understand that.I do like to see what other people records are but that is not important.A friend of mine at another site has been tracking me this season and I'm 62-31 this season with a 66.7 %. The week 12/8 to 12/12 I'm 12-4. Now the numbers sound good but your only as good as the last day.There are many of you here that are much better then me and I love getting your takes on games.I've have a crazy system of capping. I have mentioned it here before. The pt gd,impact player,air craft carrier,coach,type of defense,turnover,off bds,etc all get put into grading system...sounds complicated but its not...also after 6 or 7 games ats gets included..I was breaking down the bottom 30 ats teams and I'll paste them..I know many people that don't use them at all.If you took new orleans last nite you lost.But UL-Monroe was 0-5 ats until last nite...so they finally got in the win column...

It's pretty intresting when you look at it.I really have liked fairfield.think there the top team in the MAAC and there 2-6 ats.I'm sure I had the 6 losses.Mass is another example...there 0-5 and beat kansas the other nite..

God info Box thanks GL today. You need to get away from those big snows. But I agree I couldnot hack the humidity-now Denver is nice-will snow and melts in a day or two plus in the summer very seldom gets over 20% humidity-no bugs. I hear that regarding the snow. I was out there last night cursing and freezing my ass off. Come inside and my back starts to stiffen up. Then I'm out there earlier today finishing up. Whitman is tough and Red are playing at home. Foote at 7'0 has 26 blocked shots.But Explorers have Mbala,Williams,and Goodridge who can bang with Green at the top.Red have 4 players that each has over 25 assits.That is Lasalle's problem.But think they have enough speed and are quicker to make up for that.

I think they can upset them.Balanced scoring,6'8 Brown,solid gds,Anderson the jasper....Dukies are good XU will expose them...and think dukies will have trouble scoring.

Colorado St -2.5 over Denver ***** strong play
Denver has all puppies with Scott running motion offense.But Rams have 6'9 Ogide who will control the bds.Walker and MacFarland can score.Throw in 6'10 Van-D and DU is in trouble.CSU has played some tough teams and some were close until the final minutes.Think they win by 10 or more...

Ohio St -16 over Iona **** strong play.
This is a mismatch. Iona has no outside shooters.Iona has no frontline either.Springer there top scorer is out.So is Lightly for the bucks but they have Turner who leads them in everything.OSU gds are all 6'5,6'6...Iona is one of the worst rebounding teams in the country.OSU wins this by 20...

Memphis -8 over Cuse ***
Devondumb has been suspended.Flynn hurt his hip.Both starting gds might not play.Memphis with that pressure defense will cause big time problems for the Cuse.Cuse likes the 'dome".But today there in someone else's dome...

Vir Tech -16 over Columbia **
The only good news is there playing at the garden and the Lion campus is only 25 subway stops back to campus.

Geo Tech -14 over Pepperdine **
So Bama -5.5 over FIU **
Davidson +4.5 over Purdue **
you just know Curry will be shooting at the end to win the game or lose with seconds left.
