Unbelievable article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel about a child care scam going on in Wisconsin - and the most amazing thing - the goverment said if you get caught, they just assume you made an honest mistake!

It makes you realize what a mistake Obama is making by expanding government (a classic democrat mistake)..... whenever the goverment runs anything, it is full of abuse and fraud - because there is no accountability or followup (it is just the taxpayer's money)...
Now, if Obama was smart, he'd create jobs by allowing private companies (with good creditials obviously) run these programs - who have an incentive to make a profit.
