Man if Toms could've pulled off that comeback it would've been a nice payday.

DiMarco and Love III didn't play too bad but missed the cut which killed me. Had a nice 3 tandem for a finish with Donald, Choi, and Toms.

Got a couple sleepers in store this week :)

On my $20 bed
Bucsnotyucks, Ctownbuckeye, Captain Morgan, and Screamin Pain. You 4 are the last ones to pay. Money was due Feb. 1.

You have until Friday to contact me or you are removed from the competition for good.

Thanks

Go ahead and remove me. I thought I'd have time and effort to put into it but as the spring turns around work will pick up. Sorry for wasting your time!

Maybe i'm the only one, but I wonder if you would have been too busy this spring if you were currently in 1st place instead of 15th:shrug:

I imagine this Ctownbuckeye will magically disappear too.

And that will move me up to the rank of 15th! Oh sweet glorious day...

If I remember correctly, bucsnotyucks also dropped out of the fantasy basketball at the last minute.

One should never trust someone from Orrville, Ohio. :look:

My team actually isn't doing that bad. I almost forgot to put my lineup in for this week. I got it submitted the last day it was open because I had remembered. I don't even have a clue who did what this week in golf. The first 2 tournaments I had alot of time and was enjoying. Then work picked up and on top of me going back to college to finish my degree 4 days a week, I just don't have time.

If you guys really feel the desire to question me, I really don't care. I'll send someone with a BETJAM account $100 so you shut the fuck up.

The league is in segments, so me being in 15th place doesn't mean anything. Considering I've never followed golf in my life and I'm in 15th place should say something.

I agree. It takes me at least 12 hours to pick 5 golfers each week. I have to study charts/trends/bowel movements, etc. And that's before I diagram the course and greens onto my supercomputer and simulate each golfer. I also worry about the biorythms of each golfer with respect to the expected crowd to see how that effects each one of them. It is extremely tedious and time consuming.

It's good to see the Colorado connection back on MJs!

There's fantasy baseball? :scared I think that puts me year round for 09'!!! :00hour

I've managed to stick around in 4th and would have been 1st if not for a certain Sunday implosion a couple weeks back... Man Stricker was just off that day!!!

I can say I have been disappointed with Top 5 starts this year and the young bloods are playing pretty well thus far!

The first 2 weeks I did do studying. I checked course histories, golfer trends, favorites, read numerous articles on certain players. For someone who's never followed golf, I didn't know what I was doing so I had to read alot of stuff. Otherwise I wouldn't have a clue to pick. The last 2 weeks I pretty much looked at history at those courses and went with a gut feeling on who to pick because I didn't have time to do much else.

Also, would you bet on something that you couldn't watch or follow? I HIGHLY doubt it.

Um, I don't care if you stiff 100 or not. It's your credibility. I make a living off cards and supplement my income off of sports betting....mainly nba and mlb. I use to post daily, but grew tired of it. I've watched a cummulative total of about 2 hours of the NBA this year. I can't stand it....but I can beat it. So please don't question whether or not I bet for action. I'm not a junkie and could absolutely care less if I watch something I have a wager on. It's an investment to me.

Again, I have no beef with you personally, but I find it odd how you can have almost 7000 posts in a little over a year, yesterday (I did a quick check) you wagered $5770 alone in the NBA and NCAA, yet you won't put $100 bucks down on a season long golf fantasy team. I mean that's less than 2 percent of the alleged 6k in action you had yesterday. And I don't follow golf or care, and don't usually watch it, but it's a 100 bucks or peanut money with a group of guys from MJ's.

Again, no beef and do as you see fit, I just find it odd that you don't have the time to take literally 2 minutes a week on something. That's about a minute more than I spend.
