Got home last night and checked BG scoreboard and NMST was up 11 with 2:30 to go. Since they are always a couple of min behind I checked Yahoo and it looks like NMST scored only 2 points in the last couple of min. That's twice a total colaspe has cost me in the past week. Of all the games tonight, the one I didn't want see is the one that comes up.

Ken - 2

First of all, I hope Vandy wins but I'm very familiar with them and I'll be shocked if they do. Vegas has over-rated them all year while under-rating Ky most of the time. This makes if very hard to get a real feel for the line. At Ky, Vandy looked very good in the first half and very bad in the second. This line is 5 or 6 points too low anyway you cut it and that's what scares me. The money is going to Ky today and if this line don't move over a point, I'll really be scared. Now Vandy can win this game if Stallings don't play musical chairs with his players. but he will. At Aub was a game very few people thought Vandy could win but Stallings did something I don't remember him doing before. He played his five starters 29 or more min each. Mostly or more. The next game Drake was hurt but the other four played 30 or more. By the time he played Tenn, it was back to normal. Only two starters played 30 min and his second best scorer and rebounder sat on the bench for 20 min. Drake was available but only played 4 min. Why has he only played 13 min total in the two games since he got hurt. He don't look good but he makes things happen when they need it. The result, a 19 point loss which could have been worse. One of the hardest things in cappin is when you have to go against your team. Some of you might say, why bet the game? Well, it's sorta like getting married. You go where your stuff takes you, for good or for bad.

Good luck everyone

Interesting match-up with Mich St/Pur. I come up with the line being about right. Stat-wise, about equal. The interesting part of this match-up to me is that Mich St seems to have no problem on the road (all loses have been at home) while Purdue is a equal opportunity loser (3 at home, 3 on the road). When a team loses to a team at home that they beat on the road there's two senarios. The first win was a fluke or they are over-confident in the second game. When a team loses to two teams at home they have beat on the road, I tend to go with the second senario. I also noticed that the line in both loses was a little low based on the line and the scores in the first games. I am going to give the deciding edge to the Mich St defense being (in my opinion) slightly better than Purdue. Mich St ml

I think Vegas just tries to make it hard on me. The line on Ky comes out low and then drops with every site I check on going on Ky. If this line doesn't mover back up around 8 I'll play Vandy on the ml. If it does, it's Ky.

I hate being this wishy washy about this thing. The Ky play is 85% on the year and hasn't missed two in a row all year.

Hard to go against that.

Here's one that has bothered me all day. How come Princeton is only giving 2' or maybe the question is how is Penn only getting 2' on the road at Princeton. Going into this past weekend Penn had won only 1 game all year and Princeton was 4-0 in conference play. Penn had lost to Cornell, Dartmounth, and Columbia while Princeton had beaten all three, two by big margins. And then, the black week-end of the Ivy League came up. Penn beats Brown and Yale as road dogs and Princeton gets beat by the same two teams by an ave of 13. What two teams will we see tonight? The past week-end teams or the whole season teams? I liked it when on Fri night (Ivy Leagues was the only game in town) the better teams pulled the line and the others didn't. Small Princeton -2'

This is great reasoning. Look at the whole season. I'm going w/Princeton now.

I give the line 10 min to go up. If not I go on Vandy ml. I know both teams very well. Ky has been under-rated by Vegas 12 out of their last 20 while Vandy has been over-rated 13 out of last 20. I like Ky's coaching style better than ours. That's what this game will come down to.
