SJU vs Xavier in game

FYI, SJU's starting point guard Tasheen Carr is not playing tonight. I did not know that going into the game and they are playing atrocious without him. All season they have relied on their starters and typically don't receive anything of substance from their bench. Irwin is playing for hilliard who's in foul trouble and has hit a few 3's but i expect Xavier to pull away in the 2nd half.

Watch for the 2nd half line and i think Xavier will be the play regardless of the line. St Joe's will run out of gas and has no bench (this coming from an SJU fan/alum).

Taking Xavier -1 2nd half for 1 unit. Not liking the way either team is playing. Xavier is not making their shots, relying on offensive rebounds and st joes has stayed in the game by hitting some 3's from an unlikely source, Irwin who averages 3 pts/game. Xavier is missing their ft's which doesn't help when you need them to cover 6 for the game now. small play on xavier

bryanz, that's what i've been saying all year and martelli gets stubborn and tries to get the guards hot first, it never works. nivins is a stud and can hit free throws, feed it to him every possession and it helps the guards get open.
