Obama Lies To Gun Owners As Holder Reveals Gun Attack Plan

As a presidential candidate, Barack Obama deliberately and repeatedly lied to America's 90 million gun owners across the country when he insisted that he would not try to take away anyone's firearms, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms said today.

CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb, reacting to yesterday's remarks by Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder that the president will seek to reinstate the ban on semi-automatic firearms, said Obama "knew he was lying to the nation because his own website touted his plan to revive the gun ban and make it permanent."

Lots of good reasons to keep semi-automatic weapons in the hands of highly educated people (like yourself).....I just can't think of one.

While your point is well-taken, Ray's post about yet another Obama campaign lie cannot be denied.

The title of your thread is in poor taste.

If you take a look at Illinois firearms and ammunition regulations, and the end result. I don't think anyone would be surprised at what mr. o has in store for us owners.

Obama's tax hike on $250,000 could create job losses
March 2, 5:59 AM ? 1 comment ShareThis Feed

BlendStockPhotos/FotosearchPresident Barack Obama's announcement on taxing incomes over $250,000 has sent high income achievers looking for ways to reduce their incomes to avoid it. The result may be a loss in jobs or the hiring new employees, further adding to the unemployment figures.

Accountants and financial advisors are already working with their clients in way to circumvent the addition taxes on their income. One way will be to work fewer days. Professionals such as dentists, doctors and lawyers can adjust their incomes by seeing fewer clients and reducing the days in their offices. The results would be the to layoff people who are normally employed on those days or the elimination of their jobs as practices are consolidated.

Newton's law says, "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." This may be true in a way the Obama administration never anticipated when deciding to hike taxes on those making $250,000 or more a year. If it results in more layoffs of workers, it may boomerang and in the end, result in less taxes being paid and fewer jobs being created.

Even sadder than someone writing this is the fact that someone is dumb enough to post it.

Guns are Guns. Such as hand guns and shot guns. I didn't here anyone talking about doing any thing about these. I did hear that some weapons could be held off the street. Those of course are things like AK47. The only thing you hunt with them is people. And maybe keep weapons away from nut cases. We do try to stop drunks from driving. As long as I can keep my 45 and 12 gauge I have all i need.
