Vegas Hotels question

A large group of us are going to Vegas August 6-9 for my little brothers 21st bday party. I want to book a suite that we can all hang out in when we're not gambling or in the bar. The Palms has some nice suites between 2000-4000 sq ft. A little pricey though at $3000- $12,000 per night.
Any suggestions ?????? $1,000/ night is our max...

We went to Vegas in a large group back in FEB............ lots of deals to be had right now with the economy the way it is.

We used this site and planned the majority of our trip - Lots of good info.

We ended up staying at the MGM Grand in very nice rooms for 24.99 ..... I know your looking for more in a room than we were but shop around - you will find a deal. The hotels are desperate to fill their rooms right now.

A 2,000 SF Suite at the Wynn is just $750 a night. I just stayed in one of their nicer suites last weekend.
