1. Game score of last start must be 55 or lower.
2. Average Pressure Index of last start must be 1.00 or higher.
3. Starter must be pitching on 4 days or less.
4. Starter must have had win decision or no decision in last start.
5. Team total posted must be 4.5 or less.
