Chicago's booming again. . . . like always. Real Estate still struggling, but they had such record years through 2006, the smart ones are doing fine.
Yep- and if you're smart enough to know how to precisely time the Chinese stock market, all the better.

have been having to do lots of service work on groups explaining new cobra laws effective 9-1-08 but implemented 3-1-09.
Those in forum on cobra should have got letter--if you went on cobra on 9-1-08 or after you will be able to have 65% of cobra premium subsidized 3-1-09.
