Just now glancing at the games and leaning the following:
Nuggets +4.5 - Early start could hurt Denver, but NO appears dead. What looked like an even series on paper has been very one sided. Granted Denver isn't the same team on the road, but one month ago they won 101-88 @ NO. Hornets have let Billups be the most impressive player in the post season and I expect Denver to either win or keep this game darn close.
Dallas -4.5 - Did anyone see the Mavericks dismantle the Spurs a couple nights ago? I don't see how SA hangs tough unless Parker has 40 points and over 10 assists. The Spurs are an old team missing a key piece in Manu and Duncan is hurting as well. Would love to hear reasons for backing SA.
Miami -4 - Hawks were poor on the road all season and now face a stiff test trying to win a Saturday night game in Miami. Wade will get the calls and tough to back the Hawks in this spot.
Jazz +4.5 - Okur is supposed to come back which is huge. Kobe was awful the other night, but I would expect a much better game tomorrow. Still, Jazz are tough at home and getting significantly more points makes them look solid.
Would like to hear contrary opinions.
