Detroit gets screwed with early whistle and how do you lose outshooting Ducks 46-23

Hard to believe you could lose a game outshooting your opponent 46-23...........:shrug:

after watching replay the puck was in the net before the whistle actually blew...the ref lost sight of the puck and waved his arms before the puck was hit across. terrible ref play, that was a goal 100%.

I ref hockey and yeah he blew it but when the puck is on the other side of the goal like that its a very hard play to get right, while keeping in mind that you need to protect the goalie, but I mean this is the NHL and he could have done the right thing and said he didn't blow the whistle til after it went in and gone to replay?.. also he need to go around the back of the goal to get a better angle he started to but it was to late.
I was on det last night.....brutal
