THEY SHOT 44% FROM THE FIELD IN WHICH THEY AVERAGED 48% ON THE SEASON. THEY SHOT 11% FROM THE 3PT LINE IN WHICH THEY AVERAGED 37% ON THE SEASON . THEY SHOT 63% FROM THE FREETHROW LINE IN WHICH THEY AVERAGED 76% ON THE SEASON. THEY ALSO AVERAGE 54 REBOUNDS PER GAME AT HOME. THEY GOT 46 THIS LAST ONE. JUST BY DOING SIMPLE MATH, IF THEY PLAYED TO THEIR AVERAGE, THAT EQUATES TO A DIFFERENCE OF 30 POINTS !!!!! THEY LOST BY 8. THE LAKERS ROLL TONIGHT AND DON'T LET UP IN ROUTE TO A 20+ POINT WIN. BET IT.....

Big thing I see is that the Lakers didn't play teams that defend like Houston when they shot 48% in regular season. Houston only gives up 44% shooting from the floor. I lean the lakers tonight with the spread, and they will win this game, but this series is in jeopardy unless someone can physically step up for LA. I just look down that bench and don't see an enforcer. Houston is deadly at home.

Not based on a win tonight, but based on their inability to handle the physical play and defensive style of the Rockets - especially in Houston. If they do as Teemo says tonight - that theory would be washed out, but if they lose and hang tight then I will be betting houston for series with some nice odds (if LA wins).

I am teasing LA with Bos tonight as I agee with Ax's stats that these home teams win tonight.

I coattail your picks (hope I don't get to heavy) but more I appreciate helping me understand your thought process. I have tried handicapping and basically I suck at it. What are your thoughts on Clev covering the -13 ...I think the over is realistic 179 but i think the spread is a bit much even for Cavs Thanks again
