:0corn the under tanked but the ml parlay paid. wash...
Not that anything needs to be said about the only game on the board for THU. If you're unsure, watch game 1.

I think U will see about the same as game one. Maybe Atl. scores a few more points but by who???? Cavs I know won but were not themselves in gm 1 they wanted to see the MVP get the glory. This one takes some number crunching to get right this time. Cavs ML is no brainer but O/U needs some work.

If you're going to take CLE, lock in now. It ain't going back down tomorrow. If you're leaning under, wait until tip off, it'll prob jump up a full pt. And obviously, if you're betting the over, lock it in now.

Just my two cents.

Very happy to see that Ax started this thread. :mj06:

devil's advocate: Why is the line not higher, like -16 or -19?? Does Vegas just concede to loosing a lot of money on this one?

Well, just remembering the Hawks covered an 8 point spread @ Cleveland 2 months ago. So do they have any ability to 'bounce back' is my point - maybe not beat Cleve, but make it a game - I don't know.

KB, when ATL covered that 8 number in CLE on 3/21, they had to pull out a 33-23 4Q. 31-23 and this was a push. 30-23 and CLE covers. ATL was outplayed in the game down 53-35 1H. I think CLE was sleepwalking and let up 2H. ATL kept gm1 close and CLE knew they had a game thus performed as expected 2H.
CLE is aware of the 13 and they'll TRY to get it for their fans. CLE is also a near auto DD fav at home. gm1 and gm 2 vs DET both closed @ 11.5. No adjustments made by the books because DET had that 'veteran and proud' label. BS...it's not @ 11.5 now because the books know it will get pounded. so is another 1.5 really a deal breaker? FWIW

As far as the under. I don't feel as strongly about this as I did gm1 so parlay this thing with the CLE ml and get some value for the play otherwise sit it out. I'm not locked on anything yet though

Yeah I really don't know crap about capping this game - just seemed like folks were just 'assuming' Cleve will cover. I would not be surprised if Cleve wins by similar margin as 1st game - my point was, did anyone think they had any fight in them for this one. Det. was a very pathetic team. I guess I would expect this -13 # to rise as the day goes on and, if not , wud have some reservation. One thing is clear, this will be decisive re: if Atl gets swept - IMO. :director:

KB and everyone...this is NO LOCK. I'm guessing just like everyone else.

I must address something. For the $1000 players, my plays in the regular season and playoff brought in almost $50,000 this year. The $100 player, about $5k and even the $10 player cashed in about $500.
If you live in the city, give a panhandler $5. Don't give change or 1 dollar, make it worth something. Or, go out and buy your kid(s) a toy. Get rid of the negative vibes from yesterday. Get on karma's good side. Pass on your appreciation and thanks by making someone else's day. If you really want to show your thanks and appreciation...give to the Fallen Heroes Fund for our wounded vets.

Well put. I love sharing the wealth, especially when doing well in wgaering, which for me has been for quite awhile. I tip more, give more, etc. To me it's pretty 'natural'.

Love it. Giving is great Vets widows and Orphans!!!

If you do not give you are cheap and greddy.

You know why the Dead Sea is dead?

It gets and does not give.

So for tonight i am going OVER big.

Game one is over if the Hawks do not quit in the 4th that is it and that is that.

I lean to taking the points often if i can get 14 i am taking the Hawks and the Over. Cav's 1st half maybe a option also.

My sentiments exactly. The Cavs will play harder in the first half of this game knowing that Atlanta played a decent first half last game.

I am loaded up on CLE tonight

1 Q -4
1H -7.5
FG -13

2 units on each

I also parlayed the under with CLE -13 and LAL -2 but I think after some more number crunching I will switch to the over. (thank god I can do that here in Vegas)
