What i really want to know is why the mets lose their bats when Santana pitches and make errors on top of it,

Santana never got run support in Minnesota either. Its funny how the Mets score plenty for Livan Hernandez but can't score for Santana. :shrug:

I hear ya about the Mets BA....no idea. You think they would step up like most teams do when their ace is on the hill. Giants seems to do it for Lincecum all the time. These Monday night games are weird sometimes...Mets looked very easy. Maybe they'll show some life in the late innings cuz I don't see Johan giving up much more if any. Seems every stiff pitcher pitches their best game against Santana. Lowe isn't a stiff, but he's not this good.

I would like to know the answer to that too. Unfortunately i took the Mets o7, thinking that Santana and the hot mets could atleast get 6 runs and Johan gives up 3 max. Well, not tonight. santanas under streak lives on.:mj1:

Could Beltran have thrown that ball more off line to home plate....Christ!!! I could of done better than that. Bad game for them tonight. I think they might lose tomorrow also.
