Guy still lacks the killer instinct, no way in hell u let someone come into game 1 at your house where u were the best team in the league and come from 15 down to win...I think Cavs still win the series but all the dramatics LeBron went through after the game and how the talking heads ride his dick I think is laughable...until you learn to kill and close you cant be mentiones in greatness, and no way in hell they "wanted" to lose that game. Bravo Orlando I would of never thunk it:)

Upstairs watching sports on the big TV.
choking sounds

choking sounds

from the Greater Lake Erie area are heavy in the air this morning....

That stupid Kobe and Lebron puppet commercial needs an update to Kobe expanding his display case for a fourth ring...and Lebron packing suitcases.....:mj07:

The talk of his 49 points is kind of commical. Kobe gets 40 with guys hanging all over his neck. Lebron get 49 against a terrible defensive club and nobody within three feet of any of his jump shots. there isn't a bigger lock in the world if u have the guts to bet it and it is the Cavs money line tomorrow night. This league will stop at nothing to get him that win. They tried last night putting Howard in foul trouble the whole game to open up the middle for Lebron. This time Howard will be lucky to play 20 minutes.

I never seen Mike or Kobe get "tired" at the end either. I thought he was going to pass out! I wonder if the Bronettes were ready to take a picture of that? Hey, the guy is a stud, but it is this time of the year that truly defines what you are in the league. If Kobe gets by Denver and win it all, then I will give him his props. Until then, it was Shaq that helped him get to where he is now.

Shaq and his 18 fouls a game. If he got called by the rules Shaq wouldn't have won shit but maybe one. Heck two of them with the Lakers were gift anyway. See Donaghy about the one they stole from the KIngs. The other they were down 20 to Portland with 5 to go and again lived on the foul line as Portland became completely handcuff by the refs to get the Lakers to advance.

I hear ya and don't disagree that much except to say that Kobe needs Shaq more than Shaq needs Kobe (see Heat Championship, and I HATE the Heat!!!).

But know this. All the wrong Donaghy did to the Fakers will be fixed by Joey Crawford

No Kobe would never do that. Not after the Rockets just did it to him last series. Lakers were never really up in that game but they lost it.

Look, I don't care for either guy but Lebron is better than Kobe as he defends better, passes better, attacks the rim better, and easily rebounds better.
Kobe is a better shooter and better FT line guy by far.
I will take Lebron attacking the rim late over Kobe pull up 3's anyday. Lebron had the 3 point play late on the drive to put them up 2 which was a killer instinct. Lewis just hit a bigger shot.

As for the cramping, it never slowed him down really until after the buzzer. Remember he is the horse and they had not played in how many days??
Lebron doesn't take plays off on either end,Kobe does on defense.

And the killer instinct is foolish anyway. It is a team game not tennis or golf.
Did Jordan have a killer instinct when he passed off to Paxson for the wide open game winner.
Lebron was triple teamed on last drive and kicked it to wide open teammate who missed. It was Lebron in there scrapping for the last second jump ball and nobody else.

Disagree, Labron wasnt in the shape he needed to be he was tird never seen coby tird. Look at the support cast for coby then labron. Coby cannot guard anyone labron was working both sides. Something has to give the 50 pts or the best defender in the league too hard to do both. Labron vs KOby Labron 99 out of 100.....

Harly, I HATTTEEE Kobe but to say he can't guard anyone is totally wrong. He can lock guys down, the problem is he doesn't do it the whole game.

IMO Kobe is the best 2 guard defender in the league, when he tries. The problem is you can't do both O and D for the entire game and still have gas at the end.

Gimme a break Kobe gaurds Carmelo Anthony and LeBron gaurds rafer alston, get real!! Kobe made all NBA defensive team how many time compared to lebrons how many? Kobe worked for his respect, most HATED him cpmpng into the league and all he does is gaurs the best offensive player on the opposing team everynight, Lebron has been crowned king before he touched a NBA ball and since he's been here....no championship not even the east yet, bit yet he gets a pass for eveythong he does, has anyone saw a replay of him getting posterized by courtney lee lastnight?? Nope but I've seen his blocked shot against Howard from 5 different angles! He's the leagues golden boy now and he is good but until he earns the crown and carries it as such I'm not buying the hype.

Funny how Koby gets cramps without playing defense and only scoring 30 while Labron gets 50 and shuts down the opponent...:mj07: :mj07: :mj07:

ur right he sure aint kobe....Lebron is the BEST closer in the game!!

Cavs wouldn't be in that spot if Kobe or Michael were on the team. You must have missed the last five minutes of turnovers travels and the one time he finally shot it got shoved down his throat

I don't like Lebron at all really, but I can see that his supporting cast blows win or lose.
Look at the bench it is awful.
"Z" is above average center and the rest are below average at their position.

And I dont put a ton of stock into Lebron high turnovers as no other player(Kobe included) is asked to handle the ball as much and his high FG % comes with a high turnover price when you attack the rim.
Kobe mostly takes pull up jumers which keeps his turnovers down.

no actually if you took time to read search and scout you would fond this post was started after game 1. Lebron hit the game winner tonight although with 1 second left he caught the ball squared up raised up and released the ball, as I watched the replay....the shot clock has tentha of seconds on it, when he released the ball there was STILL .6 seconds left!!!! AMAZING FUCKING FEAT HE PULLED THERE!! If the clock starts on time the shot never gets out his hand, it wasn't a catch and shoot, it was catch turn square and shoot!! Just like the end of game one, with 1 second left there was a jump ball...tipped to a cav player, he touched it or caught it, doesn't matter, pushed it towards the rim...so he tipped it it flew they air and got directed towards the rim in 1 second there a well... The time keeper should be checked to see if he's a season ticket holder, I tiink he's watching the game instead of the clock, great games so far though.
