Of course you are sure she is the most liberal person he could find. I'm glad you are going to research this, because when you do, you'll realize that your prejudice has proven your opinion to be wrong. Happy education... maybe you should try it more before you spout off inaccuracies...
At first glance, she does seem to be a person that will be difficult to be strongly against for conservatives, since George Bush I appointed her as a judge to begin with and she seems to be dedicated to upholding the Constitution as a matter of forming her rulings. She also reportedly has no major rulings on the abortion issue and a nominee doesn't have to state a personal opinion on issues from what I recall. Looks like she rules pretty much down the middle as far as these folks go, but I'm sure after her record is gone through incessantly, some stuff will be found to galvanize the righties against her.
