--of course we know already know that answer ;)

We do. Just about every race, class, wage, education level would have voted Obama, but of course you knew that.

I'm not sure what your point is, and I think if you elaborated, you'd probably make me uncomfortable, so, I won't ask again.

OK we'll skip demographics as they always lead to same conclusion--

--and focus on diff between FOX and liberal media as noted by Krauthammer.

Evidently either some here have not been informed of tax changes on table or it doesn't apply to them--I know it applies to several I have met personally--so either their news outlet is keeping them in dark are they are oblivious to what money they get to keep. Maybe O needs to whisper in their ear.
Examples.

Gumby: pssst Smurph about you not being able to afford healh insurance--then how ya going to handle the penalty we have on the table for not having it--you'll pay one way or the other.

--and Psst Matt you will have to pay one way or another on each employee you have to boot. Oh and by the way 11% minimum wage increase this month--should definately put those unemployment in double digits--

--and pssst BBC Was looking at last years Beltera photo's and believe we got you covered on the achohol-chips and twinkies tax.

Good lord. This shit again. After I demonstrated to you that less than 4% of Obama voters did not graduate from highschool while the vast majority had college education or better you simply ignored the FACTS and continued your nonsense about "da base". Ok, here we go again. Here are the income numbers from the CNN poll that you love to quote.

Total Obama McCain Other/No Answer

Under $15,000 (6%) 73% 25% 2%
$15-30,000 (12%) 60% 37% 3%
$30-50,000 (19%) 55% 43% 2%
$50-75,000 (21%) 48% 49% 3%
$75-100,000 (15%) 51% 48% 1%
$100-150,000 (14%) 48% 51% 1%
$150-200,000 (6%) 48% 50% 2%
$200,000 or More (6%) 52% 46% 2%

Obama received 73% of people making 15k or less. That group represents 6% of the voting population. Therefore, LESS THAN 10% of the people who voted for Obama make less than 15k.

75% of Obama voters make more than 30k a year.
As many people making 75k or more voted for Obama as they did McCain.
3x as many voters for Obama make 100k+ as those making less than 15k
More people making 200k or more voted for Obama than McCain.

How many ways does this need to be explained to you?

Your fiction about "da base" is absolute horseshit.

Are you going to address the FACTS or just ignore them and keep spouting nonsense.

If you cannot understand the FACTS please let me know and I will do my best to help you understand.

I would agree there is a difference, and the main reason there is that difference is because of what I posted above. Your thought is somewhat valid, however, there are plenty of people that watch Fox News that understands that the vast majority of its programming is slanted and politically motivated for the owner - who simply paid money to get his voice out there. He is not an American, by the way, and that does seem to matter to some. As for Krauthammer - he does fit right in the the faux fair and balanced theme by straining his own shoulder to pat himself on the back - as well as his employer - with this scintillating insight:

"I'm proud to be part of this televised apostasy. And particularly proud to be part of the single best news program on American television, the six-o'clock news -- first with Brit Hume, now with Bret Baier. How good is "Special Report"? So good that even if I weren't on it, my mother would watch it -- and she spent 50 years as a Democrat. "

Evidently, as the hosts have changed, the program remains the best I guess because he is still paid to be on it. VERY fair and balanced assessment there...

I watch Fox News quite a bit, a lot of the time to hear the slant and conservative themes and talking points to be argued against (or thought about, at times). Many others do, too, so it's not just a one view viewership... and I also find it funny that you make fun of CNN's viewer numbers, saying they don't have jobs, and then say how good the ratings are for Fox... interesting...

CNN not so bad Chad--watch it if no FOX available--it might be my imagination but think they have moved more to center in last year or so as well as ABC.

--also there is very important news you never hear about on liberal outlets--probably one on biggests items on Iraq was oil for food scandal which was rarily even touched on by several media.

Now you are taking a shot at Jacksonville?

The numbers are right in front of your face. How do you come up with "over 15% making less than 15k"? This is highschool statistics.

As for you going out on a limb about Jacksonville, I guess you are referring to the fact that we have some colored folks who live here. Sorry to tell you this dtb, but when you leave the hills of backwoods ky and go to the "big" city, you are going to run into the coloreds. It's a fact of modern America. Best just to stay in Bowling Green.

OK Jabbers my last post on issue--

--but you have to remember this "cyphering" is coming from illiterate redneck hillbilly--
Per the stats from website
<TABLE id=table2 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=left width="32%">Subject</TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">Number</TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">Percent</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE id=table3 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=middle width="4%"></TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=left width="32%">Less than $10,000 </TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">27,216</TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">9.6</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE id=table3 width="100%"><TBODY><TR><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=left width="32%">$10,000 to $14,999 </TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">16,735</TD><TD style="FONT-SIZE: 7.2pt; FONT-FAMILY: verdana, arial, helvetica" align=right width="8%">5.9</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

I cypher the 2 together under $10,000 (9.6%)and $10,000 to $14,999 (5.9%) and come up with total 0f 15.5% which is greater than 15%.

or I can take households 284661 and mulitply by 15% and get 42,699 --then add 27,216 + 16,735 and get 43,951-

Now tell us how you big city Einsteins not come up with over 15%
:0corn

Now let me leave you with something positive--

Jacksonville did nub out Detroit and Cleveland so you have something to be thankful about. :)

I thought we were still talking about the Obama base. Who fucking cares how many "negros" live in Jacksonville? What is the point?

Bowling Green Demographics & Household Information
Median Household Income $29,047
Average Household Income $19,241
Per Capita Income $17,621

The median income for Bowling Green doesn't even meet that average for KENTUCKY.
Again, who cares?

There are some very poor, and very black neighborhoods in this city. No doubt. If I lived in certain parts of Jacksonville I am sure I would be miserable. I am fortunate that I have had a completely different experience in this city.

I have no more interest in this as you will obviously cherry pick what you want and ignore the rest from any set of numbers. You will ignore that MORE PEOPLE MAKING OVER 200k VOTED FOR OBAMA than McCAIN and focus on small minorities and call that Obama's base.

Whatever makes you feel better about yourself.
As for the bogus msn misery study, they looked at the 50 largest cities in the US. We have no idea how the villages of Ky or West Virginia would rank.

I have a great life here in Jacksonville and have no complaints. I would be miserable if I had to live in some redneck backwater in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do except talk about how that colored boy in Washington was ruining the country. I would go out of my fucking mind. Also, there would be nowhere for me to work unless I wanted to be a cashier at the local Walmart (you guys do have a Walmart, right? And a traffic light? Good for you.)

To each their own.

This is such a perfect dtb post. After being called out and exposed on his bullshit about the Obama election demographics and da base, he posts demographics from Jacksonville. Wtf does that have to do with anything? Makes perfect sense to me.

What this thread has perfectly demonstrated is the fact, that one person simply posts and article from a reporter who is expressing his and the opinion of many. Then the thread goes completely sideways and the results are name calling and insults.

THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED ! AND WILL NEVER CHANGE WHEN THE MASSES CONTINUE TO KICK EACH OTHER IN THE ASS AND CANNOT COME TO COMMON GROUND AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

You are a nauseating broken record. I feel bad for you. You will be muttering things about black people to your grave. You will be waiting in line behind a black person to get in heaven. You will be trying to impress God with your knowledge of blacks and kidney disease and even show him/her your papaer from college that proved blacks to be the inferior humans. God will just shake his head and roll his eyes in dissappointemnt. The floor will open up and you will be dropped to purgatory, where you will spend eternity waiting tables and cleaning restrooms for black people.
