Cracks are starting in the Bush/Cheney glass Whitehouse. Bush's lawyers who wrote up the how to torture and get away with it memos will soon be in a courtroom being sued and may even get jail time.

Great news!!!!! Now we can try the lawyers who wrote the laws or memos BUT the people who actually gave the commands to torture won't be tried?:shrug: well it's a start so I won't complain

Not surprised at Spy opting for Padilla (dirty bomb on U.S. soil suspect) over judical system--but was very surprised to see you agree TU :(

--by the way it was looney san fran 19th ditrict court of appeals--which has 100% chance of being overturned as always.
Just gives the liberals and terrorists an excuse to :00hour for a day or two again. :)
