i mean, i kinda understand the pressures and all, though its all or nothing with him(hes either sky high happy, or all out for someone's head)--and his brother mouse seems more of ass for sure--as said above.

which boat would you want to be on?

woudnt mind giving that crybaby newbie on the northwestern--whats his name... a run for his money, though the wizard guys look like they're having teh mmost fun (when they're not forgetting to get a crab count at the dock that is)

was in disneyworld in december and Sig and his brother were going to be at the world village, norweigen, on thursday meeting and greeting...we couldn't make it but would have been pretty cool to meet him...


i agree the wizard..seems like it would be laid back...


the cornelia marie is haveing a tough year...but seems to always be in the money..esp with crab farting as the key...LOL


great show...just started watching Swamp Loggers..pretty good too..

i know I'm gonna get it for this .........but wife and I started to watch Cake Boss on TLC....very good show and amazed at the different cakes made...

the northwestern would be a sick sick boat to be on for a season. Of all the boats.. that's the one that pushes things much further than any other boats.

You hear them talking about 40 hour grinds as common routines and they are still pumping it out. Other boats never even come close to that.

The NW guys usually end up with much much more $$$$ in their pockets at the end of the season as a result too.

The Hilstrand brothers.. it would suck to be a greenhorn on that boat with so much family on board and the way they run it.. but if you can get past the first 2-3 years and get in the "inner circle" I'm sure its a heck of a lot of fun.

i like this show too--and agree that bridezilla was a cunt, i soo wouldnta made another cake--unless was charging like ridiculous amount $$$, though that family looked like they could afford anything--which is why shes soo much of spoiled bitch prolly.


the only thing that gets me is his hanging around after the fact to soak in the compliments and "present" the cake, usually during the ceremonies themselves. seems odd to me, though i dont attend many of these kinda events, so manybe thats the norm. maybe too, the show asked him to do a little presenting to close the shows. could be hes jus really proud of his work--as i would be too if had skills like that.
