Going to respectfully disagree here. The afghan was and still is necessary IMO. So much so that evan Obama is still fighting it. We were attacked on our soil.
But I still cant figure what what the F we were doing in Iraq :shrug: SoDamn Insain was a nut. But was that cause enough? We invaded plain and simple.

I usually take the time in most threads (why I don't know, frustration, maybe) to point out why I think your posts are either off base or wrong. You rarely comment on what I post other than to change the subject or reply to someone else. I invite you to answer me specifically, whenever you like. I don't usually call people names. Jump in when you feel the urge... I think there's a couple threads alive here where I did the above, and so did you.

Not a reason to bomb Afghanistan into the dark ages. I'm all for getting Bin Laden but destroying a country is not the way to go at it.
If we are going to have a fair counter to DTB's expiration on Clinton, then there is no expiration date.

Tramp... I agree. Assuming we're not chasing the ghost of Bin Laden at this point, he could still be cave-hopping in Afghanistan, but IMO, it's more likely he's in western Pakistan. But really, he could be almost anywhere in the Middle-East or Northern Africa.
Lets all go back to the common sense live with our convictions--
Let Da Base support itself and beliefs and conservatives do the same.
you could sum it up this way--some want gov out of their lives and be responsible for their own merits in life--
--and then there are those that rely on the gov tit.
They never saw a tax increase or social program they didn't like--
Believe we will see the silent majority rise up--
Only question is-
-- do we build fence to keep them in or one to keep them out.:0corn

Obama is wrong on Afghanistan. It's a money pit and lives are being loss. When the Afghans get tired of the US killing their people they will boot us out of there just like the russians.
Why is America trying to do the British thing, the sun never sets on the American empire?
We have more than enough problems here at home. We should be out of both Iraq and Afghanistan, and stop bombing Pakistan. Leaving 50,000 soldiers in Iraq is not out.
