TBall, thank you very much for posting that. I'm wiping aways tears as I'm typing this. I watched it over and over and everytime I laughed harder. The guy on our far right almost took out the guy in dress clothes and then went into the guy that fell. Oh man, that is great.

i'm actually the guy on the far right (left most person from vantage--in blue shirt) and yes, i did almost trip the first guy--as he squeezed me into the curb, and once i realized i almost tripped him, i pulled up--and ALMOST--almost tripped the other guy (in white w/hat) though he outran himself and got too ahead of himself and jus took a face plant. hadta get a plate in his wrist.

same guy--playing his first game on out company basketball team--took an inbounds pass--tried dribbling--and lost his balance--tripped over himself and took a faceplant--breaking a top front tooth. thankfully he had a dentist to put it back the very next morn.

Last year in Key West... we were racing scooters in the dark... John took a spill... I'm talking about hitting him with the football...

LOL, another classic. I bet he felt like an idiot for standing up on it and then wrecking.

Tball, seriously that is a classic. I would probably send that in to Americas funniest home videos.

I don't know what is funnier. The guy falling or the fact that 3 of you got beat by a guy in dress clothes and wing tips.........:walk:

And, even though that guy was already flailing, you put the finishing touch on him........:00x3

honestly, i wasnt prepared to be running the hurdles to be expecting to hafta jump over someone--though definitely think the athleticism paid off in body control in my missing him.

and as far as losing to the gangly well-dressed winged tip fella---he's a maniac bike rider and is pretty tall. those strides alone outpace me off the jump that couldnt recover.
initially the race was supposed to be three or four guys that woulda fit into the area better--though with the late additions in my co-worker advertising through the office crammed the path to the finish line. kurby

poor guy though, will never hear the end of it. :D

and whats up with the guy in the red celebrating after the race........I mean, if you won ok. But dude, the only person you beat was still picking himself up off the pavement. I hope you charged admission for this because it was entertaining as hell on video, I can't imagine how much fun it was live.

I think you need to ask for a rematch. The wing tip dude obviously cut you off and threw you unrecoverably off-stride. If all participants agree to the rematch, please film it again.......:0corn

the entire office had fun watching, as most were out ther watching--except the HR people afterwards in wondering(and having visual proof in seeing) why someone was at the hospital for goings on during lunch

that kid that came in last was easily the least athletic of the bunch--so he was kinda self depricating at best when raising his exalted arms into the air. he was actually the one that challenged everyone to the race in the first place--his idea

re: the rematch---i'll deifinittely take that under advisement. better play by play next time :director:

i was soo disappointed with my showing

...that i challenged the winner to a heads up race right after(lost by a half a step). honestly, i didnt even think he was as physically hurt as maybe pridefully hurt--at least at that point, i didnt know, wasnt concerned.

i certainly wasnt gonna shake his hand....
