Universal single payer is the most cost effective way to go and the insurance companies and the government knows it and won't talk about it. The congressman on the take don't want their kickbacks to dry up from health care industry but it's going to come to light that single payer (HR 676) will change America and cut out insurance companies. Like Rep Weiner says what do the insurance companies bring to the deal for their 30%?

I like Scarborough. At least he's man enough to admit it when someone on the left brings it. And Weiner brought it. He had Scarborough stammering like Mel Tillis trying to explain what insurance companies bring to the healthcare table.

Someone right here on this site - Smurphy - asked the same question a few weeks ago... Why the fuck do we need insurance companies involved in healthcare at all?

We need them to provide the bribes...er, "contributions" to politicians. You'd think BigOil, Pharma, and ConAgra would be enough, but noooooo.

Whatever happened to the "Citizen" who sacrificed to serve in public office? Hmmm, I guess Geo. Washington was the last. Maybe the only.

It is indeed time for a Revolution How about this one - elected officials take nothing at all, not a single grain of pepper, beyond their salaries?

LMFAO!
