Actually this happens all the time- however there are much easier ways than marriage
Maybe they could have test or qualifications to validate who gets the job--and have our fair un partial judges like Sotomayer determine final standards

I know, he was with her 3 years before getting married and getting screwed out of jobs because of being a 6'6" Norwegian White Male, so he changed the biz name to his 5'2" Latina Wife, he played the game, instead of getting corn holed by some shoddy Heavy Construction Outfits
When I had my paving and seal coat company, I was getting jacked by gypsy companies who were doing jobs under $600.00, even though the estimates were twice that. After it rained and the job got washed away, the job became a $2000 job
